The Hatay Gastronomy Festival was organized to promote the rich culinary heritage of UNESCO Gastronomy City Hatay. Chefs presented live cooking shows at the festival where kunefe, kombe pastry, paper kebab, and hundreds of different mezes were tasted.

Activities
Live cooking shows by chefs, culinary history panels, mini-chef workshops for children, and olive oil tasting sessions were organized. On the final day, the best local food awards were given in the Hatay flavors competition.
