Hatay Gastronomy Festival 2024

A flavor festival organized under Hatay's UNESCO Creative Cities Network Gastronomy City title. The richness of Hatay cuisine was celebrated with kunefe, paper kebab, kombe pastry, and hundreds of different meze varieties. Live cooking shows and workshops were also featured.

The Hatay Gastronomy Festival was organized to promote the rich culinary heritage of UNESCO Gastronomy City Hatay. Chefs presented live cooking shows at the festival where kunefe, kombe pastry, paper kebab, and hundreds of different mezes were tasted.

Activities

Live cooking shows by chefs, culinary history panels, mini-chef workshops for children, and olive oil tasting sessions were organized. On the final day, the best local food awards were given in the Hatay flavors competition.
